      Most Americans do not realize that BMW did in fact produce an E30 M3 convertible. They produced 786 to be exact, none of which were imported to the USA. Yes, BMW has been screwing their American fans over for some time now, not just a recent pattern with the CSL, GTS, and CRT. Regardless, this original car imported to California is up on Ebay and already up to just under $40,000 with 4 days left. If you have ever wanted an original E30 M3 Cabrio, now is your chance.

        i wouldn't buy it for more than $10K though i really like it. E30 converts (not BAURs) had serious problems with chassis if I remember correctly.

        Man that thing would be a nice addition to a collection, if I had one. I'm sure it will sell for over 50k just because it was such a limited production and this is the only cab e30 m3 most people have ever seen. Very cool to see it is still in such good condition. Click here to enlarge

        I like the coupe more too but it's nice to see one imported that isn't just a clone.

        Mark Norris from Baviarian Solutions has one in silver for his wife; it matches his E30 M3 and looks great.

        That is worth getting to just "have it". If one was into collecting cars, in particular BMW's this is one car to have in the stable. Roll that bad boy out just to show whatcha got! And just to pair it with an E30 M3 Coupe and have them sitting next to each other would be so cool.
