      Audi seems intent to let everyone know at Frankfurt they mean business and are becoming a major global auto player. A $14.3 million dollar temporary hall to show off certainly is going to get them some attention. The 15,000 square foot booth on steroids is being constructed by a German firm and will feature a 400 meter long test track running through it. You will be able to test drive cars right there in the Audi hall. A lot of coin for a temporary structure but we hope Audi is setting a trend others will follow by taking the car show experience to the next level.

        I attended Paris motor show once, i liked it. I should say someone else paid for it so most of the fun was because of that.

        Problem is $2k for a ticket for just a few days. Seems like such a waste but would be a hell of an experience.

        Just checked and actually it would cost me $1000 to go. I'm seriously considering it... damn, would be sweet to have my own Frankfurt Motorshow coverage wouldn't it?

        I would love to get interviews with BMW, Audi, Porsche, and Mercedes executives too.

        They usually don't talk to people.

        But do your best to get a journalist ticket, it costs you money but man this is how you should visit a motor show. first of all it's not crowded as other days, and more importantly they will answer your questions. just show them the journalist ID card.

        Press credentials have never cost me any money before. Just takes time to get them verified is all. I'll research it.

        I decided I'm going to go to the Frankfurt Auto Show. Just trying to find a decently priced airline. Also going to see if I can get an interview with someone at BMW. About time I gave one of those execs a piece of my mind.

        Please make a thread about it so we can tell our questions, it will be epic if they answer them.

        Gustav made a thread like that in M5board about F10 M5. Many members asked real questions, I asked some technical but at the end what questions he chose?
        -Why the brake pads are blue?
        -is the leather soft?
        and some other lame questions.

        That is because Gustav is lame to begin with.

        Thanks, I'm pretty excited. Now I have to figure out what questions to ask and see if I can squeeze in a trip to a local tuner.
