      Here it is, officially, the new ML. We showed you leaked photos a couple days ago but the photo quality was not that good. Here are some high quality photos as well as additional details. The ML shares its platform with the new Jeep Cherokee (that Daimler/Chrysler thing still rearing its ugly head). There are two diesel options, not sure if both will make it to the USA.

      The first diesel is a 2.1 liter turbo four cylinder. It has 204 horsepower and a staggering 369 pound-feet of torque. Wow, very nice. The ML 350 Bluetec gets the tried and true 3.0 liter 6 cylinder diesel with 258 horsepower and 457 pound-feet of torque. The ML350 will get the M276 direct injected 3.5 liter V6 shared with other 350 models that puts out 306 horsepower and and 273 pound-feet of torque. An AMG version is on the way and we expect an ML550 as well with the new 4.6 liter direct injected V8.

        The inside looks good. The outside looks crap, hope the AMG version gets tougher

        I was waiting to see the new ml63 and maybe trade up but at this rate I will be keeping my W164 ml63 too!
